In the United States, "broker" the word is generally used to access the company which holds the account for you, who refer his money and valuables. Buy and sell stock and examine futures trading on the open market, to the execution of transactions on their behalf.

I believe that what we are as a "broker", which we call the "brokerage fee". (I suspect that the use of carbon sequestration more frequently in British English.)

I do not know know about the future, but I know that the transactions costs of options contracts (open and closed positions) are usually a flat rate + a lower price for each contract. / Rate of grant of the option, are also in line with what it would cost to close your position and buy or sell the underlying asset.

A brokerage firm charges U.S. man to cover a fixed amount of $ 7 per transaction, plus $ 1.25 per contract. I think the rights are like $ 14 or less.
